This site (aculich.github.io, “Phase Shift”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you visit, how it is used, and your choices.
What we collect
Information you provide
This is a static blog. There are no accounts, comments, or contact forms on the site itself. If you email me directly, that correspondence is handled separately.
Information collected automatically (with your consent)
If you accept analytics cookies via the cookie banner, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 — pages visited, approximate geography, device/browser type, referral source, time on page. Google Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, aggregate pageview metrics (also loaded only after you accept analytics, for consistency). Cloudflare Web Analytics
If you decline cookies, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signal, analytics scripts do not run.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor Global Privacy Control as a valid opt-out of analytics tracking. When GPC is enabled, we do not show the cookie banner and do not load analytics.
This site publishes /.well-known/gpc.json indicating GPC support.
Your rights
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, to opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell data), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Contact me below to make a request.
European residents (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and withdraw consent. Analytics runs only after opt-in consent.
Data retention
Analytics providers retain data according to their policies (typically 2–14 months for GA4). I use aggregate reports only.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13.

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
